Italy contains a strong mix of historic architecture, cultural landscapes, and varied natural environments from mountains to coastlines. Its cities and regions each carry a distinct visual identity shaped by centuries of history and culture.

My photography in Italy has so far focused on Rome, including the approach to Vatican City. It offers a glimpse into the country’s rich architectural heritage, and remains a place I intend to return to and explore more widely.
