About

Photography has been a passion of mine for many years. It gives me a reason to look more closely at the world, to notice small moments and subtle light that might otherwise pass by.

I didn’t always carry a camera when I travelled. There was a time when I preferred simply to be in a place without documenting it, but once I started taking photographs, I discovered how much joy and curiosity they can bring.

I’m drawn to landscapes, particularly waterfalls, and to woods of all kinds. There is something in the quiet of these spaces, in the patterns of water and trees, that feels endlessly inspiring. Photography gives me a reason to rise early and seek out light few others notice, but it also reminds me to stay present and savour the moment, without letting the camera take over.

This site is a record of those journeys. Some photographs are my favourites, carefully chosen for the galleries because they are the images that mean the most to me. Others simply capture the joy of wandering, of being in a place for a few hours, days or weeks. Alongside the images, I write about the experiences, the lessons and the small discoveries that make travel and photography meaningful.

I’m not chasing perfection or social media likes. Photography is a hobby first and foremost. I make pictures because I enjoy seeing the world in new ways, because it encourages curiosity, and because it lets me share what I’ve noticed with anyone who cares to look.

If you explore the galleries, wander through the stories or read the journal entries, you’ll see the places and moments that have caught my attention, from sleepy mornings to thundering waterfalls, from quiet woodland glades to city streets at dusk. These are the experiences that matter most, and the ones I hope will resonate with you too.
