Lighthouse

Penmon Point,

Penmon Point Lighthouse stands at the eastern tip of Anglesey, overlooking the waters of the Menai Strait.

The lighthouse has guided vessels through these coastal waters since the nineteenth century and remains a well-known landmark of the North Wales coastline. This view highlights its isolated setting against the surrounding seascape.

Notes

A 360-second exposure using an ND filter smoothed the movement of the sea and sky, creating a minimalist interpretation of the lighthouse and coast.
