Bridal Veil Falls

British Columbia, Canada

Bridal Veil Falls descends over a broad rock face in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, creating the curtain-like appearance from which it takes its name.

Surrounded by moss-covered cliffs and dense forest, the waterfall forms a striking feature within the mountainous landscape east of Vancouver. The continuous flow of water contrasts with the dark rock and vegetation that frame the cascade.

Photographer's notes

This shot was taken from the official viewing area below the falls, which shows the bottom half of the falls.
