This photo was taken at dawn during a cloud inversion, where the mountain was briefly illuminated by sunlight as it broke through the clouds. The light only lasted for a few seconds, but I was quick enough to capture the moment. The Cairngorms are known for their dramatic weather, and this was a rare but stunning example of the changing conditions in the park.
